I'm so disappointed in our visit. The actual hotel is nice. However, nine cars got broken into our first night there and more the second night. The hotel told our people that if they put in a dispute with the hotel, our friends and family rewards would be lost. Also, we were told that their outside cameras don't work. I would think if you get hit this much, maybe hire some security and get your cameras fixed. We won't be staying here moving forward.

I had an excellent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. I loved the comfortable bed and the separate living area, which made the stay feel extra homey. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of fresh options, and the evening reception was a great touch. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming, making me feel truly valued as a guest!!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years due to our yearly roadtrip, the last 2 times have been absolutely horrible. Fist off the staff behind the desk, on Aug 9 the african amercan female just said to me "Whats your name?" No helllo, HI, no smile, nothing and with atitude. No recoginition of Diamond status, just sat a bag of 2 waters on the counter and handed me the keys. I am a lifetime member and have never been treated like this and if i was the owner of the hotel I would have fired her on the spot! It was really that bad. Next get to the room and the TV does not work and i look at th back and all wires are disconnected. had to plug them all in. Who does this and waht satisfaction do you get from it? the hotel and room stunk of rotten food, sewer or something else and it was bad. there were fruit flies in the bar area. I do not recommend staying here, run away as soon as you can.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast was very good. The room was big but housekeeping only gave fresh towels each day, they didn’t clean, remove used plates or cups, or make the bed. There happened to be a family reunion going on while we were there which is fine until they were outside the hotel at 2am yelling and laughing with no consequences.

This place has Bed Bugs. My son and I were bitten very badly by sleeping in one of the beds. And the Hotel did not accommodate us to any type of way. The hotel manager was even very rude about it. I would never stay here again!
