The hotel is okay. The gym and swimming pool are in the lobby. The rooms are quite satisfactory. Overall, they are just so-so.

During the middle of the night, some person on our floor went crazy and set a pillow on fire and ran around with an ax. Causing everyone to evacuate and be displaced for 4 hours. We ended up leaving because they were not allowing us to return to our room and waited for over 3 hours. Hope a refund will come because that was terrible !

Fire alarm went off at 2am, had to evacuate building. After to he fire department cleared the building for entry and we could go back to our room, the fire alarm went off another couple times. Did not have to leave room but did not get much sleep.
Hotel offered to comp room with booking agency permission, coffee was comped the next day but the bistro did not stay open later than normal scheduled except for coffee. Had to get breakfast outside of hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We did, however, have to evacuate at 2:30am due to a room fire on the second floor. Although not the fault of the hotel, it was very scary and unpleasant. We didn't stay as mild child would have been too scared to return to the room. We drove 2 1/2 hours home instead. Needless to say, we were exhausted. The hotel is supposed to honor a refund of the nights charge. I sincerely hope they do.
