Did not enjoy our stay. It smelled like sewer and cleaning products as soon as we stepped in. Weird/unsafe people outside and in, including a man who said he was security and a woman who was arguing about her dog biting someone. Almost everyone was smoking **** which is fine but they were inside too. There wasn't breakfast offered because of renovation, not even coffee in the morning. Never, ever staying there again.

Paid for the room in full, and was then told during check in that we still owed 400 dollars on the room, decided to cancel, and was never paid back any money when we were told it would just be the cost of one night.

The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

I did not like my stay there. The housekeeping was poor the room was poor the amenities. As far as the room there were missing items when I checked in and the service was very below. Average

The hallway smelled bad. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
