I have stayed in hotels many times, and I seldom comment on it, and I rarely give bad reviews, but the Hilton I stayed at this time really made it impossible not to give bad reviews. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, OK, there is no way to do this. The service is also very poor, and it took half a day to call to order something. The next day there was no cleaning. After returning home at night, I called to ask for clean towels and bath towels to be replaced. The service staff directly brought up the clean towels and threw them in the bathroom before leaving. The dirty ones were not taken away! There are broken nails cut off all around the toilet, and I don't know whose. There are no disposable items, not even a mouthwash cup, OK, I understand for the sake of environmental protection, and there is no kettle. I thought that 200 dollars a night is not very cheap. Hilton is really disappointing.

We stayed at this Hilton when we were in Columbus for the Bruce Springsteen concert. We were in room 325. The staff was friendly and the hotel and our room was very clean. I appreciated that the hotel kept the provisions store in the lobby later than normal because of the concert, as we definitely wanted a snack when we got back. (The yogurt parfaits were wonderful!) I will say the bed was fairly hard and the room was stuffy when we checked in despite the A/C being set to 68 by staff. We turned the it down to 66 but that didn't help and the room felt stuff for our entire stay. The off the menu breakfast was just OK and a bit overpriced, but that's to be expected at a hotel. All in all we were satisfied with our stay. I regularly stay at Hilton properties so whenever we have occasion to be in Columbus again, we'd definitely consider returning here. The hotel is conveniently located to the Nationwide Arena, and is less than 10 minutes walk away from an AMAZING Greek restaurant called The Happy Greek, which we highly recommend.

The property was great. The decor was great. The one disappointment was not having an iron and ironing board. To be such a great establishment and not have the basic amenities is super disappointing and inconvenient. A steamer doesn't and will never equate to an iron and ironing board. Also, no one ever wants to iron on a bed they will sleep in later, It's not sanitary!
