Very good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel

TG beautiful lady serves in the restaurant. She is there everyday serving breakfast. She is the best! She is always very pleasant with a good morning greeting and a smile on her face. I look forward to going to breakfast each day because of her excellent service.

They overbooked. Our room wasn’t ready at 9 pm. They gave us a different room than what we booked. One king bed for a family of 4. Then the bathroom smelled like urine. They were supposed to bring extra linens and clean the floor in the bathroom. Neither happened while we were gone to dinner for over an hour. I called to the desk for extra linens and was told they didn’t know if they had any more. We waited for about 40 minutes and then the manager Blake called at 11:20 pm and said he found us a room like the one we reserved. Blake did seem to really care and went out of his way to help us. However something I was told that didn’t know, booking with ******* doesn’t give you a guarantee that they will reserve the room you booked. I have always booked hotels with ******* but may directly book with hotels in the future. I was relieved Blake helped us in the end but it was not a great experience. We were all tired and waiting to get to our room until 11:30 at night was not a good experience.

I would like to express my gratitude to Khadija, who works at the front desk of Hilton Easton. She is incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable in her role. I have been a regular guest at this hotel since October 2023, and I have spent a total of over 60 days here. Khadija is one of the reasons I eagerly anticipate my arrival at the hotel. Despite the long and tiring day, she always greets me with a warm smile and offers assistance to help me settle in. In general, I choose Hilton Easton for its convenient location and cleanliness. However, I believe that the pool area could use some improvement. It would be great if an area for showering before and after using the pool could be added. Thank you for considering my feedback. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Khadija and the overall positive experience I have had at Hilton Easton.

Our room was anything but clean when we checked in, We may have slightly higher standards but not a single flat surface was wiped, glass tops had stains on them and between them and the wood, shower had hair in it still.
The overall stay was amazing, staff was super good and friendly. I just wish our room was cleaner. I have stayed in this same hotel 5-6 times and this is the 1st time i can actually complain.
