Very good location,a lot of restaurants nearby,the staff at front desk is very nice.The room is clean and comfortable.

The room was so dirty. The floors were stained and filthy. The sinks were not clean. There was dirt all over the table by the couch. The bed was hard and hurt my back and it was not a king bed.

The location is very convenient but the pool area was packed and smelled strongly of ****. Rooms are small and toilet seat was broken. Refrigerator did not work.

The GM Perry, the Greg & the Bar Team, Bell Hop, Registration, Housekeeping and the entire Banquet team were Excellent. I was there for the Sophisticate Weekend and we had a ball. We actually had a complaint about the condition of the barstool chairs and when my friend requested that the GM come out, he did. He assured us that new stools had been ordered, comped our meal and thanked us for our attention to detail. Later, he sent a complimentary bottle of wine. I will be returning, the service alone is worth the return. Oh, and the location is fantastic. Great shopping and food.

Loved the location, ease of using Hilton App for check in, door key, and check out. Loved the room size and layout. And LOVED the shower. Did not love the “dirty” feel of the room as there was gross stains on wall and ceiling above bed. bed was hard as a rock. For a Hilton I just had higher expectations.
