Check in was 4pm, room was not ready till 430-500, the kids running around on the floor we were on were super loud and we could barely sleep, they were running up and down hallway and knocking on doors

The bar was inviting and the a**osphere was wonderful. We had a great experience at the bar. Greg was our bartender, and was attentive, provided excellent service, and was so personable and friendly! He also gave recommendations on things to do in the area since we were in from out of town.

Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. We come now since 14 years two to three times a year and we really would like to mention the outstanding service of Saba (she works in the cafeteria (Starbucks counter) makes us feel like home. Throughout these 14 years it’s just a joy to stay there.

Greg and Sabrina took very good care of us at the lobby bar during an extended visit with family. They established immediate rapport and were friendly, personable, professional, and attentive. We enjoyed our visit very much, and they made us feel at home during our stay.

Went for a lawyer convention and everything was well and tastefully done. Perry Hansen quickly remedied a small situation that we encountered with room availability. Would recommend for business conventions and the proximity to shopping is great.

I stayed overnight on the weekend. It was not worth the $300 cost. The room furniture is old and scratched. The carpet is old. The bathroom faucet screeched and screamed everytime. Housekeeping did not clean well around the desk and beds (food crumbs from the last guest). Took 40 min for towels to arrive. Do not pre-pay for parking. They charge more online than the hotel advertise. The parking lot was full and the garage is a long walk away. Park at the mall or somewhere else that may be free. The front desk and breakfast staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast cost is comparable to nearby restaurants.
