Hotel was under construction. Had we known that it was under construction and that the lounge/restaurant was not an option, we would have stayed elsewhere on New Years!

We booked this hotel last minute while visiting Columbus. Costumer service and the rooms provided could not have been better. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and bright. There was a construction equipment yard outside the room’s window but no sound at all and it created a nice ambient glow at night. The included breakfast was also good. Overall, I have no complaints.

Not worth the price because it's under construction. Basically no amenities in the lobby area, because it doesn't exist. The restaurant that's touted is closed. There's no area to sit and work or have breakfast. etc... And the room we had was next to a utility room or something that was pretty noisy as early as 5 a.m. There's a Hampton Inn next door at the same price.

Checking in was simple and did not take long. Staff very efficient and pleasant. The rooms were immaculate clean and beds very comfortable. The fridge and coffee maker make it feel like home. I enjoy staying here.

Dew didn’t know they were remodeling until we arrived, while mildly inconvenient. The staff was very friendly and even compensated us with room service breakfast, all and all we would stay there again.
