Erik took care of us so well!!! Our room was so clean, the staff was all so kind and efficient. I love how friendly the staff was at breakfast! I also used the workout facilities! They have treadmills, weights and more. Also a good spot for homework in the lobby and a nice fireplace outside! Also across the street from a chick fil a!!!

This was a really nice hotel and the staff are great. The only problem i could see was the sidewalks around the building were covered with snow and needed to be cleared and salted. Other wise i stay again.

Probably the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Nice building (looks relatively new), clean, good internet, decent TV, nice pool and hot tub. Room was very nice, with the only problem we could find was a shower sliding door that was off the track(basically stuck). We could hear noise from the nearby airport, but after living near Dulles Airport, we did not find it obtrusive. We have had a couple of subpar experiences at other Holiday Inn express hotels, but after this experience, we will definitely keep IHG hotels on our "likely to use" list.

I found this hotel to be very unique as far as Holiday Inn Express hotels go. While the rooms and lobby were familiar, the staff service and level of care from management was what made it special for me. I was surprised by the friendliness and constant smiles from everyone I encountered working. It truly shows that they enjoy working there, which is not typical in this day and age. Managers Stephen, Clint and Autumn were present and accessible during my stay, and each one of them at one point or another asked me how my experience was. The housekeepers smiled and said hello as I walked to and from my room, and even the other guests were mentioning at breakfast what a pleasant and refreshing stay that they had. Kudos to everyone here, and great job to the management team for having great people and allowing them to enjoy where they work! I can't wait to come back again in July when taking my mom to her appointments! The only thing I can give caution about is that it's quite difficult to get into and out of the parking lot because of the rude drivers on the main road. Other than that, this was as close to a perfect stay as I've had!

Wow! Hospitality now a days is almost non-existent. NOT HERE!! The folks at this hotel have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and attended to! What a wonderful experience. I am a professional female Santa Claus here for continuing education and was impressed from the very first contact with the front desk! They even went out of their way to make Sure my brother stayed on the same floor with me! Every single person we met from Housekeeping to the general and assistant GM were absolutely amazing!! I stay at a lot of places throughout the year and this was one of the best stays I have ever had!! Breakfast was hot and wonderful and the place is so clean! Great Job Columbus Airport Holiday Inn Express, you have a guest for life! You are all on Santas Nice List for sure!

I’ve stayed at other holiday inn suites. This one was not the best or worst. There was baby daddy drama outside in front one night and people down the hall arguing during the night.
