Extremely poor experience. Small odd shaped out of the way room that fits no 2 people. Hit your knees with bathroom door.microwave doesn’t work.refrigerator froze everything regardless of temperature gauge.

Rooms are entirely too hot. Guest do not have full control of room temperature. Was not told prior to check in that pool and hot tub were closed for renovation.

Room was nice but toilet had fecal matter left from previous guest. Bathroom showed signs of not cleaned. Staff said they would remove parking charge but did not.

We have stayed at this hotel before. This time we were in town for our toddlers surgery the following day at nationwide Children’s Hospital. From the moment we checked in, until the time we left, the staff was amazing! They made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!!
