We were charged a $20 incidental fee that we were told would get back at check out. They will not credit you..!! Charged us to pay for our night of stay. Also charged us for “park and fly” which allows 5 days of parking but actually charged us for 8 days. The very rude & disrespectful manager would not credit us for our parking and stated there was nothing we could do since they are privately owned and Marriott cannot force them to credit us. So, we had to DISPUTE the charges on our credit card and hopefully they will our credit card company will take care of this problem. Never again at this hotel. Disrespectful and Dishonesty doesn’t get it in the hotel business. (1) elevator was not working properly which is a huge safety hazard. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT CHEATED AND LIED TO.

Very nice hotel in close proximity to the airport with a 24 hour airport shuttle. Delicious continental breakfast! Very courteous and professional staff. Always stay here when traveling.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was spotless. I parked out front so it was easy to get in and out. I will continue to use this facility when I need to fly early.

I have stayed here before, but this time around I experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. First the toilet water tank would run every 5-10 minutes. The shower curtain also smelled bad, like a sour, moldy, mildewy smell. The pillows were too soft for me, and I could not sleep well (partly because I did not bring my CPAP machine). The noise from the toilet water tank running also contributed to me waking up from very light sleep. Only one of two elevators were working, and that elevator had a 1st floor button that was very difficult to press to activate. Other than these issues the staff was very courteous and prompt, and the free breakfast was decent.
