Room was clean and comfortable. When I walked in to register I had seen a female sitting in the lobby. A sign on the registration counter stated the attendant would return PROMPTLY. After I had been standing at the counter waiting an uncomfortable amount of the female got up from the lobby chair to take care of me. Her dislike of her job was clearly communicated in her manner and tone! Breakfast was disappointing for me. Orange juices machine was empty for the entire time it took for us to eat. Eggs were portion controlled by not having a serving spoon. Serving implement was a SMALL pair of tongs which allowed very little food to be transferred from serving dish to plate. Breakfast attendant appeared to be overwhelmed with his job, despite the few number of people eating. My wife forgot her toothbrush, so asked front desk attendant if they had one, the attendant responded that they were available from the vending machine. Only after my wife said she would make do, did the attendant offer the complementary one (she had available all along I had come to appreciate the value of LaQuinta’s over the last few years. This visit brings into question the value I had placed. Still it was clean and comfortable - that is the baseline minimum expectation. The real differential in value is customer service! This visit was a hard fail.

My son is on his schools row team, so we travel to a lot of regattas. I was trying to save a little money by staying here and it was close to the regatta as well. The hotel is aesthetically ok and very clean. The noise level however is insane. There must have been a larger group staying in several rooms across the hall from me. They kept coming out of their rooms and talking in the hallway. I could hear their kid shrieking for hours. One of them came into the hall and was spraying something in her hair. I could actually hear the spray being sprayed inside my room if that is any indication as to how paper thin the walls and doors are. I could even smell the product being used. (She was spraying her hair for awhile with something). I could hear everything anytime someone used the restroom above or beside me as well. It finally got quiet around 2:30am, I had to be up at 4:30am. Breakfast was also not ready even 25 min after it was supposed to be open. I will not be staying here when we come back for this particular regatta again next year. Regattas are very long days and I had a 2.5 hour drive home after 2 hours of sleep. It was not a pleasant experience.

This is NOT a clean place to stay at. I walked to my car barefoot and my feet were pitch black before I even got outside because the carpets are so disgusting. The floor in the room was sticky and doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. The waffle mix was a bit of mix with brownish water… like literally it was just soupy water. I tried with another cup and it was just straight water. The walls are paper and we were woken up multiple times from a couple screaming at each other for about two hours. You can hear conversations had by the people in the rooms next to you and every conversation had as you walk through the hallways. The breakfast table we sat at LITERALLY FLIPPED UP, and the first morning we lost our breakfast. Pillows, either flat or lumpy like they’ve been used since the dawn of time. You can’t use any outlets because they have all their lamps plugged into them. The AC was dirty and covered in a thick layer of grime and I woke up completely stuffed up. It also blows for about a minute before turning off. This place is an absolute mess. It’s not worth the 200$ they should be charging 20$ Zero stars.

The staff were super friendly and helpful which made the experience great! The room was spacious but a couple stains on the chair and wall (nothing major). A pleasant experience overall.

Everything was nice and elegant, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell it's a business hotel, but that's no problem. A good, small varied breakfast.

Business trip. Nice clean room. The price was very good for these accommodations. I will choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.
