Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly. It kind of ****** that the bar was closed at 10:30pm when we wanted to get a drink after hockey game.

Kurt at valet was efficient and friendly. Thank you! I appreciate the excellent service. My car was secure and locked overnight. I appreciate the service as I was at The Plaza for work and needed to store items in my vehicle. Thank you, again.

My first impression of your hotel began with the valet. In spite of his handicap(deafness) he was professional, thorough, friendly, and articulate. It set the pace for my stay and it was a great stay. I truly appreciate that the hotel gave someone like him an opportunity.

I don't usually do this (insert eye roll but it's true). This place is a DUMP. As I approached my room I could already smell mildew and when I went inside it looked like the ceiling collapsed onto the desk and floor (see photos). I asked for a new room and they put me in another dump with lord knows what on the wallpaper and stains on the dresser (see more photos). luckily I was only staying one night otherwise my rental car would have been a better option.

The hotel was run down, in need of repair and updating. The food in the restaurant was good, but the ambiance was that of an abandoned dining hall. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink in the room.
