Upon checking in the lady working the front desk was super unprofessional! She talked about loudly how another guest complained about dirty sheets and a smelly room. That was a red flag to me! Went to our room and found our AC didn’t work and there was a big hole in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it. Went back to the front desk and decided then I wasn’t staying and asked for a refund!!

The front desk clerk upon check in was rude and unhelpful. He barely spoke to me at all while i was checking in. The room was dirty. They do not clean the bed skirts, the one in my room looked like someone had vomited on it. The floor wasnt properly vacuumed and there was hair in the tub. On my day of check out the housekeepers walked right into my room without knocking while i was dressing. I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but apparently they assumed i had already checked out.

The room had a distinct smell of smoke. The manage said that they could not do anything since the room was booked through a third party.

Open end the curtain and the glass looked like it had been shot out. We spoke to the front desk and they said that they ordered a glass. They said that there was two of them like that. We complained about it and they finally moved us to another room. We should have gotten our money back. We will never go back.

The ad that explains the room details said the room we booked had a jetted tub..even had a picture of it and also in the details..well our room had NO jetted tub at all..thats just wrong
