This is a great hotel! The location is perfect. It was walking distance to everything we needed to see. We even walked all the way down to German village in Schiller Park. It’s very safe and clean area. It was maybe a $20 Uber ride from John Glenn airport. As globalist, we got upgraded to the VIP suite on the 19th floor. The room took my breath away. It was so beautiful, the view was spectacular during the day, and even better at night. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room. Instead of going out to dinner, we got dinner brought up to us and enjoyed the spectacular suite. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We got a voucher for a free appetizer and a nonalcoholic drink as globalists. I opted to get hot wings and caramel macchiato. Both were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was good as well. If you’re not a globalist, it only cost $14. That’s actually very cheap! All in all, this was an excellent excellence stay and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Our suite with sofa bed (the largest I’ve ever seen) was clean and spacious. However, when we opened the sofa bed quite late that night, the frame was bent and the mattress soiled. We called down to reception and the manager comped a room for our adult guest as well as breakfast for us all the next day. Give this hotel a chance; just check the sofa bed as soon as you check in.

The hotel was right where the event I attended. The staff did a wonderful job asking me questions about the kind of room I wanted and the level of service I needed. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city which was really relaxing. This Hyatt location left a positive impression on us and I highly recommend!

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown and connected to the convention center. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. I especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the on-site dining was a plus. Everything about the stay was convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!

We came for the anime convention. The convention was awesome! Plenty of great people, cosplays, and the staff were excellent! The hotel was great! The staff were friendly, helpful, and we just had a great time with absolutely no problems!

I've stayed at this hotel before and it's been okay. I currently am staying here for a business meeting and this time around I'm not too pleased. My room has such a strong chemical smell that it's making my throat hurt and giving me a headache. I don't know if it's the cleaning solution or if they sprayed something for bugs. But it's nauseating. Also the room is not clean as well as it should be. The chairs had debris in the corners. The bathroom floor was kind of grimy and the shower was just nasty. It doesn't look like the floor of the shower has been scrubbed in quite a while. The deadbolt on my door also does not shut. Needless to say I'm not getting a good sleep tonight. The hotel itself is also not very clean. There's smudges on every surface. In the hallways don't look like they've been vacuumed recently. I stopped on a few other floors and they all were pretty much the same. And the waiter at the bar / restaurant was rather abrasive. Also the walkway from the parking garage is filthy I know that's not the hotel's fault but it's just something to be aware of. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had! Definitely the best in Columbus!! Easy parking in the chestnut garage, easy walks to food and the park, wonderful staff!
