4.5 stars. We were upgraded to an amazing, huge room on the 19th floor with incredible views of the sunrise. Bed was comfy, room was very quiet, staff was fantastic. My only complaint was that the room was comfortably temperatured but didn't get any cooler overnight despite turning the thermostat all the way down to 60, so I was uncomfortably warm while sleeping. Overall a great stay though!

This hotel is 5 stars. The staff is excellent and the AC stays on even when no one is in the room or sleeping as most of the new thermostats need movement to work even while you are sleeping. I had the corner room which is my preference so I can get the best view from the bathroom all the way to the front door. Beautiful! Room service is fast and delish. This was my second time staying there and I loved it both times.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on a summer road trip and we had a great experience. I had stayed at this hotel previously for work and was happy to return for a family vacation. The hotel staff were super friendly, especially the servers at breakfast. The room felt very clean and well maintained. It's also in a great location near lots of action in downtown Columbus.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel for two nights in July. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff stood out -- from check-in to check-out and everything in between. In addition to excellent customer service, we appreciated the quality of the food offerings in the bar and market cafe restaurant. Both service and food were better than I would expect at a convention-center property.

We stayed here for a meeting. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants. No need for a car. The hotel was clean and had plenty of areas for our group to gather. Great overall experience!
