I booked a King guest room with a sofa bed, but when I arrived, there was no sofa bed—only a small one-seat sofa. This is quite different from the pictures provided by the hotel.
The location is great if you're working at the nearby Columbus Great Convention Center. However, be sure to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb, as these are not provided. Also, check your bill when you check out; I was incorrectly charged $39 per day for valet parking, even though I didn’t have a car.
The staff were not very friendly. Additionally, I found a peanut on the floor when I arrived, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the hotel.

I went there because I was tired and so sleepy so getting room I showered and ordered sub fell asleep staff are friendly very helpful their great for community and travelors

Always clean and welcoming. Cami at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve a room issue even with it being a crowded Parents’ Weekend and home game at OSU. We were very grateful.

The bed was not comfortable, very noisy every time you moved. The vent in the room was noisy when the a/c kicked on. I was very disappointed that I paid for 2 nights of secure parking only to find out that 34 cars had their windows smashed. My window miraculously was not. However, someone from behind the desk, who seemed franctic handed me my car keys on the way out as there was no valet present. I was not yet aware of what happened. He did not offer any warning or tell me what happened which I thought was very poor.

Great spot. Cami at the front desk was cheerful, polite, and very helpful. The customer service I get here at the AC is why I come back every week for business travel.
