The bed was comfortable! The staff was really great! Told me information about the area! The housekeepers was accommodating when asked for more towels and toilet paper! The on site manager Terrill H was freaking amazing! Great conversation and you can tell he loves his job and the hospitality industry! Our stay was great!

Excellent staff, Met One Named Terrill He Even Showed Us Around Before Getting To Our Room. He Was Super Nice. The Beds Are So Cozy I Didn’t Want To Get Out Of Them. The Housekeepers Did A Great Job Cleaning The Room, Even Came By From Time To Time To Clean When Necessary. My Stay Here Was Amazing I Absolutely Loved It. I’ll Highly Recommend This Stay To My Friends And Family.

Front enterance was gross room was dirty and did not even stay we walked out in seconds

I had a decent experience. The staff where nice and made sure me and my family felt comfortable, gave us extra pillows and towels. They didn't really clean the room up much idk if it was because I had to or what. Also had previous holes and the door look punched once I got into my room. I had told one of the lady's about it. And when I was there the only time I saw the cleaning person come in was before I left. There was also an incident where my door wouldn't open my key card unlocked the door, but something was holding it back. Like I had to use all my strength. I thought someone broke in so I had my babydad look around, and there was nobody. But I felt like it might of been paranormal or something, because it was held down pretty strong. After that I just left my stuff there and didn't come back. But it was a good start up until that point. Had me a little scared and freaked out. So I give this location a 3 outta 5.

It was a great experience! Staff was amazing, clean room . And Terrill was awesome . Will be returning this summer… we are from Texas, but we have lots of family In the Columbus area. We usually stay at holiday inn but we gave this place shot … 10/10 will be returning

My stay here was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made my stay truly an enjoyable one! Kudos to William, the general manager, Terrell, Orchid, Dorothy, Jennika, Leslie, and Sergio. You are all amazing. Thank for the care and hospitality that you provide all of your guests.

Onsite manager Terrill , is always great , he helps however he can. Room is always clean housekeepers arealways helpful .

The front desk representative/ Hotel worker named Azonte, deserves a promotion and most definitely a raise! Azonte goes up and beyond to make sure that Woodspring Suites takes care of the customer. Azonte brings sheets to replace to my room. Azonte offers to change the sheets in my room. Azonte is literally the best person I have ever come in to contact with working in a hotel.
