It's an old hotel in a bad spot for safety. I left a night early telling the from desk of my departure and was offered zero compensation instead a " I'm Sorry" for the $ there are much better places in safer areas.

Hands down the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Columbus. I’ve been coming to this city regularly for over five years now and the service, the suites and the kindness of the staff are second to none. Yordi at the front desk is fantastic if you need help at any time but honestly everyone makes themselves available. Also the bar is phenomenal!

Excellent environment. I was super appreciative of the valet Nicholas who helped with my entire families luggage. He took great care of the car and the hotel was even more impressive. The complimentary champagne and music was a great touch. Front desk employees were more than helpful. Glad I came.

This was the second time my fiancée and i have stayed here and it was for our one year anniversary. I reached out a day prior to our stay and opted for the Valentine’s Day package which included them decorating the room with rose pedals and champagne. I was excited for this to surprise her and kick off our romantic weekend only to enter the room and find no decorations. Extremely disappointing. I mentioned it to the man at the front desk and he checked and said it was absolutely noted and they had dropped the ball. He sent champagne and wine to our room which was appreciated but it didn’t have the same effect. All in all the room was nice and the staff was kind but I’m still disappointed.
