Very average place. Lots of stairs, no staff on premises after 8PM, different problem but atleast one or two in every room. The estate manager is the worst that I've encountered in my decades interacting with hospitality professionals. The location is so remote that you don't get signal, any delivery, self drive vehicles, etc, etc.

Great place,ambience,set up...luxurious setting with swimming pool,spa,water at the back flowing past,very tastefully done up rooms n sit out...the food is great and tailored to ur taste..great place for friends and family groups with lots of common area to bond.i will not chk into a hotel again..

A great place to stay in Goa, u have been to Goa a lot of times but one of the best stays so far in the ferias house. It is away from the beach area but very serene and lovely view, goa stay with back waters was one of it s kind. Thanks to the entire team of ferias for taking such excellent care and giving us such lovely food at the superb location of the restaurant, all in all 5/5

One of the best property in Goa. Amazing boutique hotel , perfectly done interiors , rich & elegant. Amazing view of the backwaters , lipsmacking food & cocktails and cherry on the top is their Hospitality & added services like kayak ,spa and numerous activities with helpful staff.

Property is very beautifully located. Staff very courteous and responsive, especially Mahesh & the Chef deserve a special mention. Food was delicious. Mahesh organised kayaking and speed boat, very good experience

Amazing place ,location is great, perfect for a reunion. All my cousin loved the place , Each room is unique. lot of common areas to chill. Two pools . Best part was the way Mahesh the manager attended to us. Each request was taken care. The chef Pallad is really good, The food is amazing, So much to choose from . Deepak and the staff that served us stayed back till late and even played with our kids. Very decently price . Thanks to Samarth for all the arrangements and a warm welcome. All my cousins wanted to explore different places but we did not even leave the place for 2 days. Only suggestion is redo the bathrooms. They are clean but old

This stay was too good! Very systematic & smooth check in was ensured by their team! Must mention Mr. Subhankar, he was always available on call & made sure that we were at our comfort! Very polite & helpful! The location of this property is just perfect - everything you need is just 10 mins away! Just one feedback - The property management should have a better sales team who is soft spoken and knows how to talk to the guest. She (Zenobia) was extremely rude! The management should speak to her once about her way of communication with the guest! Please make sure if you as a guest speak to her you have a call recording on. Just this once issue, otherwise it’s a spot on property to be at! Great Service

The property is unreal, one has to go to believe it, it’s so beautiful.. the team is very good, right from the server the chefs n the best is the masseuses they were too Gud.. to beat the heat we use to enjoy in pool with music, hookah n drinks.. Samarth is looking after the property, he is a magical boy, there is nothing called no in his dictionary.

The property is amazing, the staff is so cooperative, pool kept well maintained, hooka, massage all well arranged ..love to visit again ,in top of all Samarth is so cooperative..he provides coconut 🥥 from the tree it self ..that was amezing
