Bryn Woodlands House

Joel and Tracy are super hosts! Bryn Woodlands is a very special place thanks to them. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My kipper breakfast was outstanding and we had the warmest of welcomes. Tracy should be called a fairy godmother as she saved my party shoe with a tube of super glue! Highly recommended!

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The property was warm and inviting. The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean - gleaming white tiles with thick bath sheets and bath robes, toiletries etc provided. Comfortable bed, plentiful tea and coffee. Awesome breakfast menu. Fabulous value for money.

I had a lovely stay. The rooms were ready and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were lovely. It was easy to book the rooms. They can accept cash or card. There was a different choices for breakfast. We could ask for more tea/coffee and toast.

Really quality run guest house had a very comfortable stay well appointed rooms and a tip top breakfast. Central for local places of interest and good connection to major roads.Near to Conway Llandudno Rhyl and most other seaside towns in N Wales

Had a wonderful time at Bryn Woodlands, staff were very friendly and brilliant with the children, we had a family room which was 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs, perfect for 2 adults 2 children. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed and they catered to the children’s needs too. Overall we had a great time.

After a very long 7 years I finally got to go back to the best ever Guest house & finally to say hello again to the fabulous Tracy and Joel once more , & was not disappointed the warm Welcome amazing food my fluffy poached eggs ( thank you Joel ) Tracey’s fabulous smile. Room was perfect & every need was met with a warm smile and it was such a pleasure to spend my birthday down there and will be back very soon for my forth stay ….Such an amazing place to stay. Nothing is too big or too little if you ever find yourself in Colwyn Bay this is a place to stay. Very friendly, accessible, close to local amenities, good location for exploring Colwyn Bay and surrounding area, tasty breakfasts, comfortable rooms, would definitely stay again.

The house had beautiful wallpaper and bright colors and our oom was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too!
