We (3 adults) stayed in a triple (habitación con vista al río) consisted of 1 king bed & 1 Dbl bed. I slept on the king & my side didn't have a nightstand . no chair. lighting not good. no closet. only one handle of the sinks worked in both "kitchenette" and bathroom. one day toilet got backed up; though it was fixed by the afternoon. Breakfast (which is not included was good.

La habitación excelente, quizá si pudiera ofrecer el servicio de frigobar sería estupendo. Llevamos un familiar que requiere refrigerar su medicamento pero muy amablemente nos atendió el encargado de hotel y nos dió mucho hielo

Primero con lo que no me gustó, la habitación que me dieron no tiene ventana, más la que está en el baño. El cuarto queda en completa oscuridad al cerrar la puerta. Por poco pensé que aún era de noche en el momento que desperté, cuando ya eran las ocho de la mañana. Una ventana estaría bien para que se ventile un poco con el aire de afuera y tener vista del paisaje.
Otro detalle, hay muchos bichos. No había lugar en mi cuarto para colgar mi abrigo, y lo tuve que poner sobre mi mochila en un mueble. Vi que habían unas 20 - 30 termitas, o lo que hayan sido, trep**** sobre mi abrigo, hasta que lo sacudí bien y lo puse en la cama para que no ocurriera de nuevo.
La comida no tiene tanto sabor. Pedí unos molletes salados con chorizo, y aún con las salsas "picantes" no mejoraron.
Ahora con lo bueno, el servicio al cliente sí fue aceptable. No tuve inconveniente con cualquiera de los empleados y fueron amables. Me gustó la vista al río, el control de temperatura para el agua de regadera es excelente, y el aire acondicionado. La cama fue cómoda.

It was just a one night trip to Comala. The hotel is perfect located. In walking distance to the plaza, restaurants. And it has a great outdoor sitting area right at a small river. We would definitely staying there again should we go back to this not so touristy small town.

Faltó agua caliente en la regadera, al parecer estaban haciendo mantenimiento. El agua caliente es templada, no es suficientemente caliente, para mí bien, pero no para otras personas.
