Great and easy hotel. On plaza espana Friendly , nice service , excellent breakfast and good place to get to a restaurant Different variety of rooms , and in the big hotel Good internet , never tried the resto but the bar is great So will go back to it

Hotel decorado con mucho gusto, con unos jardines espectaculares. El desayuno muy completo y personal muy agradable. Terraza para tomarte algo tranquilo. Hay un parking justo debajo, no es del hotel pero tienen plazas reservadas. Limpieza correcta, habitación amplia.

Hotel señorial en lo que parece un antiguo castillo o similar. Encontrarás todas las comodidades de un cinco estrellas y modernizado por dentro para que no quede al azar el mínimo detalle. Personal muy amable. Estancia fantástica. Volveremos.

El edificio es muy bonito pero nada práctico ni cómodo. La calefacción no funciona correctamente, hace mucho ruido y no calienta nada. Las sábanas y ropa de cama no se cambian no suficiente y no abrigan lo necesario como para compensar el fallo de la calefacción. Las almohadas realmente incómodas e inservibles son como dormir sin nada. La distribución de los enchufes no es nada práctica para poder cargar el teléfono. Para colmo es ruidoso y se oyen las habitaciones colindantes y el pasillo como si fueran parte de la habitación. Un hotel donde solo se premia la estética y donde la comodidad brilla por su ausencia.

Es la segunda vez que vamos al hotel a tomar el Vermut y tenemos que buscar al Personal porque no hay indicaciones, no hay nadie que te reciba con un “Buenas tardes”y el cliente se ve obligado a deambular por el hotel, vacío sin nadie más que otras personas tan perdidas como nosotros. Acudimos a recepción para preguntarles dónde podemos tomar algo y nos dicen que “está cerrado desde ahora mismo”. Estaban 3 chicas en recepción y nadie en otros espacios que están abiertos. Con el espacio tan bonito que tienen en el jardín interior y no hay nadie en la barra. Increíble esta falta de atención en un Hotel como este.

Perfecta ubicación en la Plaza de España de Avilés. Se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad, en una zona peatonal tranquila, pero no excesivamente lejana de la estación de ferrocarril y de autobuses. El establecimiento aprovecha un antiguo palacio señorial, perfectamente rehabilitado, al que une una edificio moderno en el que se encuentra la mayoría de las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplías y muy cómodas. Los lavabos, en cambio, dan la impresión de no haber sido reformados recientemente. Deberían mejorarse el aporte de agua caliente, toda vez que no es constante y resulta desagradable un chorro de agua fría mientras te duchas. Buen desayuno, con excepciones de las preparaciones con huevo. En cambio, buen café y una excelente bollería. Buena calidad del wifi. El hotel cuenta con gimnasio, pero es necesario reclamar antes la llave.

Hemos pasado una noche. El hotel es muy bonito, muy detallistas. El desayuno caro pero completo. La habitación espaciosa y bien decorada. La pena es que la plaza es peatonal y no se puede llegar con el coche. El personal no nos informó dónde aparcar. Nos ha gustado el hotel
