La comida de buenísima calidad y la atención del personal estupenda. El vino que tienen de collados excelente también. En general muy buen restaurante. Algo caro, pero se suple con el lugar y con el ambiente y calidad.

Ya me lo habían recomendado varias veces, y cuando visite el Collado de la Sagra en Agosto no lo dude, reserva para comer. La experiencia es total, un entorno maravilloso con unas vistas preciosas y una carta excelente. Hay que decir que tanto las materias primas como la carta de vinos están muy cuidados. Plato’s tradicionales, platos innovadores, carnes, pescados, ensaladas…. El paladar más delicado o el paladar que busca nuevas experiencias no saldrá defraudado. Nos pusieron una tapita de cecina de ciervo deliciosa mientras esperábamos en la terraza. Una vez dentro del comedor optamos por un Irving reserva, vino de la zona, ya que optamos por comer carne, fue una ensalada de queso de cabra, perdiz escabechada, chuletas de cordero segureño a la brasa y de postre, canutillos rellenos de crema y milhojas, con una copa de cava de cortesía. Una experiencia gastronómica de calidad, con un precio razonable a tenor de la calidad.

Having seen that the snow had melted at the top of La Sagra, we decided that it would be a great place for lunch on the terrace. We were not disappointed. Sunny and warm , we were there for about 2.5 hours. Staff were delightful. Food was excellent. Their wine list is quite amazing given how rural this place is. A very peaceful and leisurely lunch in the Winter Sun.

Great location to get away from it all. So relaxing. Brilliant restaurant. Top quality food. Restaurant is top quality, hotel less so, where some tlc is needed. There is no aircon in bedrooms at hotel, only in the cabanas in the grounds. Outside seating and swimming pool were dirty ! Rest spotlessly clean. Delightful staff.

He pasado el fin de semana en la cabaña número 3, hay una dejadez impresionante , la cerradura estaba rota y se abría la puerta por la noche nevando, el aseo es de tarima mala , estaba el suelo levantado y empapado de agua, tuvimos que poner una toalla para no mojarnos los pies. Por la noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente, y no hay teléfono para llamar ni cobertura de móvil , y como solución nos dejaron una habitación del hotel para ducharnos al día siguiente. Un desastre y ni una disculpa No lo recomiendo, 120€ al día como si fuera un gran hotel y es una mala cabaña o refugio de montañeros
