The BG Pamplona is in the second row on Playa de Palma. The beach is a four-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I booked a single room through Trip and got a large family room. There are a lot of German private and public channels on TV. I only had breakfast, which is OK. However, there is no raw s*****, which is generally common in Spanish 4-star hotels, and no chocolate spread either.

Une nouvelle fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Pamplona. L'accueil est agréable et l'ensemble du personnel, des employés à la Direction extrêmement chaleureux. Nous apprécions particulièrement notre suite, très spacieuse et confortable, dotée d'un coin salon, un mini-bar, une machine à thé et café. L'espace autour de la piscine et du bar est une oasis de détente où se reposer, boire un verre et même déjeuner à un prix extrêmement raisonnable. On peut s'y retrouver plusieurs soirs par semaine pour une animation musicale. Tous les locaux, chambre ou parties communes sont propres et bien entretenus. Le restaurant, qui sert petit-déjeuner et dîner présente une nourriture très diversifiée pour satisfaire les goûts culinaires d'une clientèle internationale. Au calme et à deux pas de l'immense plage de Playa de Palma c'est un hôtel dirigé de main de maître par sa directrice.

+ Perfect location, very friendly staff, very clean hotel, excellent food & beverages, reasonable prices, quality and service are very good. - There has to be more place in the room to lay your clothes, system of the towels at the pool can be better, one of the two little elevators was out of order during the stay.

Un lieu merveilleux, un hôtel au top et un service exceptionnel. Confort, tout est à proximité et personnel attentionné, de la bienveillance +++ Buffet et petit déjeuner immensément varié chaque jour. On ne peut difficilement être mécontente.

Excellent breakfast and live music every night, but NO POSSIBILITY TO COOL DOWN THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM. Despite of outdoor temp. (+24C), central system in the hotel was set to heat, NOT for cooling. If the heat is no problem, I highly recommend the hotel.
