Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

This was our first time in Palma, and we couldn't be more happy about the hotel! The room (Signature) was relly nice with a small balcony with seaview. The aircon did work out very well. We did only stay for 3 nights, but it was 3 really good ones:-) We had prebooked pick up from the airport from the hotel, and we had also booked the roof top restaurant for lunch at arrivel date. When we arrived the pool area was really bussy, but this was the only time we had problems with finding sunbeds there. It was hot 36C, so not strange that all quest was there arround 1400. All other dates and times we always got sundbeds (and they were not taken by people not beeing there - great!). The food was exceptional. Both in the roof top restaurant, the breakfast, the poolside service and the Michelin Star restaurant! It is just to enjoy! We also had a massage that was really good. When it comes to location it is great. Short walk into the center of palma, and in the same time seaview and rooftop pool. We would absolutely love to come back!

What a fantastic hotel! One of the best I have ever stayed in. All the staff were so welcoming and kind. We were made to feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I were in Palma to celebrate my 50th birthday and I’m so happy we chose Summum Boutique Hotel for this special stay. Breakfast was amazing - quality ingredients and a lovely selection. Coffee and juices were superb and the service was, of course, excellent! The building itself has been tastefully and cleverly renovated with touches of the old mixed with the modern - very charming! Thank you to Summum staff for making my birthday so wonderful. A memory of a lifetime!

The Sant Jaume Design Hotel is a superb hotel in a perfect location in Palma. Nestled in the old quarter on a quiet street, it is very close to everything you will want to visit during a trip to Palma. The staff was truly excellent - attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious. Rooms spacious and lovely. Highly recommended!

Each morning, I woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The bar is the best one of the while town, best piano player I saw in my life, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palma.However, what really sets this hotel apart is its restaurant. Dining at their in-house restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The culinary team has crafted a menu that is both innovative and true to the local flavors. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were simply divine.Overall, this hotel in Palma offers an unparalleled experience with its luxurious accommodations, exceptional staff, and the best dining in the city. Would have no hesitation recommending this amazing hotel in centre of Palma. Very quiet and peaceful in the hotel and on the rooftop pool area. Spa area small but soothing and stocked with soft drinks teas etc and was booked for exclusive use. Additional massage was possibly best ever. Marc Fosh restaurant tasting menu is exquisitely prepared with some unusual but beautiful paired wines. Best of all though were the staff. Joan and his colleagues could not have been friendlier or more attentive and nothing seemed to faze them. So knowledgeable of local things to do. The extra touches they provided to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary were very much appreciated. We will come back to Mallorca to try the other hotels in this group to see if they can match the high standards set here.

The Valparaiso Palace is a charming hotel with delightful staff who are friendly attentive and helpful. Whether greeting you on your arrival, down in the lower pool area or up in the restaurant and bar area, all are equally welcoming and ready to help with whatever you would like. As with other guests I spoke to, this was a return visit for us and we enjoyed the gardens and pools in particular when our family joined us. We had several spa treatments and they were first class.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Be sure to pay attention to the minibar and glass, these are not free food, will be charged, reasonable consumption.
