He visto las opiniones y como mejorar, lo que han dicho antes: alabando el trato a los huespedes? o tal vez haciendo incapie en la decoración ... ?. Dire que estube genial, que me senti arropado por todos sus trabajadores y dueños, que el enclave... bueno el enclave es excepcional...que el descanso de la gente que va alli, es la bandera de enganche de todos...asi que esos hoteles que tienen enclaves hermosos... que vayan aprender un poco, un poco (valga la redundancia) de todos los que trabajan alli: de su pasion, de las ganas, de los pequeños detalles....todo desde la mirada y la direccion de Lorena ( su directora), ya os dije que es dificil decir algo mas que describa algo tan sensacional como este hotel...Si una cosa hay que decir ...es que cada dia te sorprenden con un precio diferente...

Getting to the hotel is to say the least interesting, a narrow and winding road leads you eventually to a delightful building which has obviously been lovingly restored by its owners, let’s start with the initial impression there is no friendly greeting by reception merely the formalities of documentation and exchange of credit card details, our room was consistent of what you would expect of an updated old Spanish residence, clean, tidy and with a modern if compact bathroom. I never like being negative but the place lacks even a modicum of ambiance, there is no feeling of warmth or hospitality, the bar area is cold and uninviting, we ate in the Bistro so can’t comment on the Michelin starred main Restaurant but the Bistro is again uninspired and lacks any sort of ambience mainly due to the appalling lighting, architecturally a delightful room but with lighting more appropriate for an airport lounge and absolutely zero ambiance, the staff strutt around with their earpieces more like bouncers than waiting staff and despite being pretty much full it was a place of silent whispers. It could be so much more but failed to impress.

Nos regalaron una experiencia única e inolvidable. Llegamos a este maravilloso hotel y nos recibió Steve, un trato muy agradable y profesional. La habitación increíble, espaciosa, todo un lujo. Cenamos en el restaurante Bailara un menú degustación que nos dejó sin palabras, un merecidísimo Bravo! para el jefe de cocina Jesús y todo el equipo de cocina. Las croquetas de Olatz increíbles no os podéis ir sin probarlas. La atención de sala excelente, las camareras Ainhoa y Alazne siempre pendientes de todo detalle, una atención de cine que nos acompaño en nuestra agradable velada. El metre Rodrigo tiene el arte de combinar de manera agradable las texturas, sabores y aromas de estos exquisitos platos, un maridaje excelente. Muy recomendable y sin duda repetiremos.
