Amabilidad y buena atención del personal. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y no hubo ningún problema.
La habitación y el baño espaciosos y muy limpios. Camas muy cómodas.
Ubicación tranquila, sin ruidos y cerca del centro.
Aunque no pudimos probar el menú de la cena, por ser la noche de reyes, nos ofrecieron platos de tapas buenos y abundantes. El desayuno es mas limitado.
Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

We had no issues. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic but comfortable. There was quite a lot of noise from other guests but it was fine once everyone was settled.

Me gustaría dejar una reseña excepcional para el hotel Chané. He usado este hotel varias veces, y volveré a hacerlo en el futuro, para evitar hacer viajes largos y descansar al hacer escala. Quiero destacar los siguientes puntos: * El ambiente familiar de sus trabajadores. Cualquier tipo de huésped va a sentirse cómodo y va a descansar * Las proximidades de aparcamiento gratuito. * La limpieza de las habitaciones y la calidad de la cama. * A pesar de ser un municipio de periferia, consta cerca del hotel todos los servicios que necesite un viajero: farmacia, bares y restaurantes de diferentes presupuestos y atractivos turísticos mudéjar. * El compromiso de los trabajadores en resolver incidencias. * El entorno es muy silencioso * La climatización de las habitaciones está garantizada tanto en verano como en invierno, y es muy agradable en ambos casos

Plutôt déçu par le minimalisme de cet hôtel. Une petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée aurait été appréciée. Pas de savon à main et pas de gobelet. Bref, pas cher mais pas terrible. Un bon accueil cependant.

Le Must.. un Hôtel dans une rue déserte... mais une fois à l’intérieur, le personnel à votre écoute malgré la barrière de la langue et un rapport qualité/prix inégalable.

Hotel tres correct situé à quelques centaines de mètres d un arrêt de bus pour Saragosse. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues, la chambre que nous avions était spacieuse, confortable. Nous n avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Seul point noir: aucun effort sur l écologie. Serviettes changées tous les jours alors que nous les accrochions proprement pour signifier que nous souhaitions les réutiliser. Et surtout le chauffage à fond, fin avril alors qu il ne faisait vraiment pas froid - à la réception on nous a dit qu il n était pas possible de le baisser ce qui nous a contraint à ouvrir la fenêtre en grand. Aberrant de devoir faire ça à notre époque. Sinon, hôtel convenable.
