Buena ubicación: tiendas, transporte, playa, tranquilidad. La limpieza de habitaciones y resto del hotel cumple las expectativas, me gusta bastante la fragancia. El hotel es muy tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar y relajarse. La musica de fondo es ideal. Buffet con gran variedad, especialmente en el desayuno.

Het was een zeer kille ontvangst aan de receptie en moest waarborg van 50 € geven. Pluspunt was dat, alles er zeer netjes is en goed onderhouden. Veel ruimte aan het zwembad en meer dan voldoende ligbedden. Het was er ook zeer rustig. Maar alles is er voorzien voor Duitstaligen. Het personeel kent geen Nederlands, geen Frans en zelfs geen Engels. Enkel een beetje Duits. Uitleg aan de receptie in het Spaans. Tijdens de maaltijden 4 maal gaan smeken voor 2 glazen witte wijn. Dat werd dan ook weer niet verstaan. Aan de Bar in het hotel werd geen woord gesproken, zelfs geen oogcontact gemaakt. Geen hotel voor Belgen. Een iemand verstond Engels en bij het uitchecken kon men ineens ook Engels, zij het miniem. Het eten was nooit warm. Zelfs de schotels die men juist hadden geplaats waren al bijna koud. Wij hebben meer koud dan warm eten gegeten. KORTOM GEEN AANRADER.

After that our last visit, we decided to stay at this hotel again. The crew was the same as last year, but the service was even better (But in last year it was perfect too) During our stay there were several themed evenings (Asian, Mexican) in the restaurant, which were extremely interesting and delicious. The cooks and servers do an extremely good work! The pool was also clean and pleasant. It was also possible to use the bar in the evening hours. I especially recommend this hotel for everyone in Gran Canaria! We will be back soon!

I recommend this hotel 100%, such a quite and nice place. Nice design and the suite was so amazing with the pretty view! We had a wonderful time and will come back 100%.The stuff is superfriendly. The food for vegetarian is very good and has a great taste.

Perfekte Lage, ruhig gelegen, freundliches Personal, Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick top, sauber, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, auch im Freien möglich. Bus, Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe. Nur am Pool war keine Ruhige Ecke zu finden, servierwagen klapperte alle 30min vorbei, eine Pumpe lief sehr laut (Pool?), und links und rechts war der Durchzug der Gäste. Teilweise hatten wir 2 verschiedene Musik wenn aquagymnastik war.

Muy buen hotel y muy buena ubicación. Las toallas de ducha un poco pequeñas. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente. El baño muy bueno. El todo incluido un poco justo. En el comedor Había productos que se terminaban más de una hora antes de cerrar y no se reponían. Las chicas del comedor excelentes profesionales y muy atentas. Como balance general volvería a alojarme en este establecimiento.

Fuimos a pasar el día con el day pass que tienen y que incluye el almuerzo . Ambiente muy tranquilo y perfecto para estar relajada .la comida del Buffet se nota la calidad, muy rica. Tenían opciones de plato de cuchara casero. La atención en recepción y en las distintas instalaciones del hotel muy agradable . En definitiva Una opción ideal para pasar el día en el sur. Lo recomiendo y volveré

Stayed at this hotel 16th-23rd May, and was not disappointed. The hotel is located in a quiet area so if you want a relaxing holiday would recommend. Every area was kept spotlessly clean, the rooms were of a modern design we had a side sea view room. Food was the usual all inclusive buffet, only gripe being food was never very hot. Not much in the way of entertainment at this hotel, a piano player in the lobby, or a guitar singer in pool bar. A lovely walkway across the front of the hotel takes you into Playa de Ingles. If you are looking for a chilled week away I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This hotel is sucks! Never I come back again. You can’t smoke on your balcony. Buffet is everyday same food. Only have chicken and Fisch same day. Room are very smoke. The sage box in room u have to pay per day. I never heard this before. Nothing is colder here just a small store and hospital.
