Nos a gustado todo poca variedad de comida pero bien tiene restaurante a la carta también que está muy bien le hace falta una reformita pero en general bien todo

We stayed at this hotel a few years previously so we were hoping it was as good as it was. We were not disappointed, this hotel is a perfect stay for couples and families. Food has a wide choice, staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean. Pools are lovely and the added addition of a spa makes it more perfect. WiFi is strong , we had no issues. The entertainment is split between children and adults. If you love a ballroom dance you will be happy. Singers every night to dance to and another area has all the entertainment for children/families. If I had to be picky and it would be small, the television satellite could be better and the singers could be a little more varied with the music. We will definitely be back.

Leaving today after a 7 day family hol to the Bull Eugenia with Jet 2, and the hotel is really good. Great restaurant and food, the lunch table service on the terrace bar was fab. Pools are great and the spa is a real bonus. Lots of space around the hotel with inside and outside bar areas. Felt the decor, especially on the upper floors, was dated but the rooms are very clean and spacious, plenty of plug points too. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. First time to Playa del Ingles and undecided if we liked the area or not, big and built up with a lot of the restaurants below ground level at the bottom of multi storey buildings, doesn't mean they are not decent restaurants themselves though. I'd recommend the hotel but not so sure on the area.

Mi familia y yo fuimos a disfrutar unos días, escogimos el hotel porque vimos muchos comentarios positivos y la verdad es que disfrutamos muchísimo. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Nos encantó poder ir al Spa con nuestros hijos, esta muy bien y es grande. El equipo de animación es increíble, hacen de todo y tienen muchas actividades para hacer a lo largo del día. Tienen un espacio para niños que esta muy bien, con un parque con toboganes y un miniclub donde hacen muchas actividades con los niños. Las chicas del miniclub son muy simpáticas y tratan muy bien a los niños. Mis hijos se lo pasaron muy bien con ellas. La animación de la noche también esta muy bien, puedes ir la terraza a la pista de baile y escuchar los cantantes o bien quedarte dentro y ver el espectáculo. A mis hijos les encantó el show de animación de eurovisión, muy original y el show de magia. Lo malo, por poner algo negativo, si eres de ir mas a la playa que quedarte en la piscina, la playa esta lejos, a unos 15 o 20 minutos andando. Aunque sin duda es un buen sitio para ir con la familia de vacaciones. Seguramente volvamos.

Just arrived back from another Easter break at this hotel. Yet again another fabulous and relaxing time. They really take pride in cleansing all areas thoroughly, cleaned through our the day/night. Reception is 24 hours and staff are always polite and helpful The bar staff are really quick at serving drinks in order to keep the ques down again working so hard. Some people just need to learn how to que and not walk straight to the front (am not talking about the English). The rooms are very spacious and kept spotlessly clean well done house keeping staff. The spa is a must,free to use for all inclusive guest. So relaxing. The restaurant is well managed with plenty of seating inside and out. The only thing I can fault from last year is that the food in my opinion was not as good beef stew was the main English dish which was nice and tasty but a bit repetitive. Overall a another great stay and will return

We spent 10 days here. The food and hotel rooms are good. But the staff are just exceptional especially the entertainment staff. It was like they were always there. They were great with the kids, Always smiling and putting 100% effort in. I hope the hotel management realise what a great team they have. It truly made our holiday for our kids. We will be back.

It's the first time we've come to this hotel and we've loved it, especially my kids. The miniclub It's great for kids to play and the girls from animation team are very friendly. The best the Eggs hunt and Bruno. The spa is very large and spacious and the service is very nice. In general is a good hotel. I recommend it to go with family and kids.

My friend and I had a lovely holiday. We went in Gran Canaria for cycling. Excellent restaurant with a large buffet. The bars are good and are open most of the time. The spa is beautiful, large and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back.

Highly recommend this hotel, we stayed for 10 nights here. The staff were welcoming on our arrival, the hotel is very clean! The rooms are spacious, the beds are reasonably comfortable & the rooms are cleaned daily. Various activities to do within the hotel. They have one main pool and two kids pools, a games room, kids area, mini golf and a spa, all within the hotel. The spa, has three pools inside & a jacuzzi, relax room & a sauna. They also offer spa treatments which are all good prices. We had a 45 minute full body massage each and it was very good! The hotel has 4 different bars including the restaurant. They do evening entertainment every night outdoors and indoors. The food is great, different selection of foods every night, always kept on top of. A few shopping centres, restaurants and supermarkets all within a 2 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. The bar staff are very happy and friendly. On my birthday, a member of staff came up to our room and gave me a bottle of champagne and a card which was lovely! Altogether cannot say anything bad about this hotel. Highly recommend for everyone.
