Accommodation clean as good condition, pool areas good , breakfast second to none,lifts good service on main bus route, Staff very friendly

Like many the negative reviews put us off a little. We were very pleasantly surprised. Hotel wasn't too busy so restaurant wasn't packed. Breakfast was as good as a 5* hotel. We always found something tasty to eat for lunch and dinner. Staff always accommodating and friendly. Rooms very good spacious clean and always hot water for showers. We had a partial sea view loved listening to the sea. Only negatives. Beach bar closed for a refurb and we saw no adult entertainment in the evening. Location is good we enjoyed the beach and walk around anfi . Bus to Morgan was a doddle. 3:50 return. Don't usually like market's but did enjoy the Friday one at morgan. Bus ride was an adventure in its own right the skill of the drivers. We would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Excellent food. Restaurant staff kept everywhere spotlessly clean. Glad that I ignored the ridiculous reviews. We were all inclusive and enjoyed trying all the different food that catered for all nationalities. Lovely short walk to beautiful Anfi beach. Also walked over the mini mountain into Puerto Rico which was easier than we thought. It's a stony path and rough under foot so not suitable for everyone but we loved the quirkiness of the hotel's position. Yes, it's on lots of different levels but there are loads of lifts and we are a family of two adults and two older teenage children and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Top pool had entertainment and music, bottom pool was more laid back and quiet. The bus stops right outside of the hotel and for less than three euros each we visited Maspalomas sand dunes one way and from Puerto Rico took the coastal walk way around to Amadores beach. We realised that the downstairs bar in the hotel was a lovely place to watch the sunset and the bar staff were happy to share tips on where to visit. We've been fortunate to stay in many different types of hotels and were so impressed with the food here and the fact that the few problems encountered with the TV and door lock were dealt with immediately. We would definitely return and found the coach transfers and dealings with Tui via the app excellent.

One of the best all inclusive holidays we have had. Food is great, the drinks even better, and a diverse group of nationalities. The entertainment was so much fun if you got involved, a big thank you to Lucia and the team. Not sure why so many reviews are focused on the rooms, they were clean,comfortable, and did the job. Holiday's are what you make them, and we would not hesitate to return here again. Our only advice would be not to try to keep up drinking with the Norwegians!

Firstly, after arriving we had to change rooms, they placed us at the very back at the “top of the mountain” as they said which had no elevator and multiple steps to get to. Which with cases is hard enough but also had a young child and a buggy. They moved our room the next day to the main building which was more suitable. The pool staff were amazing and by far the best thing about this hotel. It had a shop onsite which was handy for essentials. The pool and snack bar was fine for what it was. The restaurant food was not great, and some not edible at all, we were all inclusive but ended up getting a taxi to Puerto rico every day for our evening meal. Breakfast was fine for the kids but if there is anyone with eating issues I would consider elsewhere. Also, the restaurant was not big enough to deal with the amount of guests, there were always people queuing to get a table and pushing past with no one managing this. There are lifts to certain areas but not everywhere, we had to lift the buggy up the step to the second pool each day, however there is lifts to the olympic style pool, if someone struggles with walking or has access requirements this is not the place for you, which I found out the hard way after not listening to reviews. The rooms were large and nice, having a separate living area to the bedroom was great and the balconies are large with good views over the ocean, however did have to ask for clean towels and bedding as these were not changed

The rooms are not clean towels or bedding not changed asked for 2pillows numerous times never got them had no bath towels for 2 days went to reciption got sent to room never got changed again there’s either bad management or not enough staff either way a dreadful way to treat customers I think the restuarant and food are all that saves this hotel
