Premier Inn Coventry East (Ansty)

The lady on reception is always exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Also the bar and waiting staff in the Brewers Fayre pub and restaurant attached. Stayed here a few times and always an excellent experience. The rooms are all so fresh and sparkling clean. Well done staff!

Easy to find and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Well stay again thank you. The breakfast was hot and great quality. The room was clean and comfortable and security was welcomed. Thanks again.

The lady on reception couldn't do enough for us. She was so kind and thoughtful. We both felt so welcomed and would highly recommend staying here. The location was prefect for us. Plus they catered for vegans!

Although located not far from the M6, you can't hear it. Staff were outstanding - in the evening, the morning and in the restaurant. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and well cooked too. HOWEVER. The room was far too hot! And we couldn't turn the heating down. The radiator was on full blast and the thermostatic valve was broken, in the first room we were given and the second one that reception were happy to move us to.

Absolutely excellent service, staff especially Alison so helpful when we were dealing with young children with difficulties choices at dinner time or breakfast. Reception was so helpful with finding things in the area as we need to find an event for a special party.

Such a warm welcome, a small hotel on one floor, the quietest Premier Inn we’ve been to and we’ve been to many. Lovely countryside location. Lots of parking. Very clean rooms & restaurant. Food in restaurant very nice too and extremely reasonable prices. All staff so friendly, we even had cadburys choc fingers left in the room as a welcome on arrival & a little toy given to our baby from the lovely bar lady. A very nice stay, will definitely come back. A great staff team here, professional with visitors & clearly want to help visitors & take pride in what they do. Thank you, we’ll be back. Well done to all for doing a great job - keep up the good work! It’s noticed :)

Great Location for our stay, Staff very helpful and also plenty of parking available for our stay. Breakfast also spot on with plenty of choice for either continual or full English. Even though the rooms were fairly warm overnight, I would happily return.

Amazing place the staff are excellent stayed here for 3 years during the week for work came back after nearly 2 years and same room and a thank you note exceptional team room spotlessly clean and as always a very comfortable bed and bathroom facilities go team Ansty

Stayed here again while visiting family. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now as this place ticks all the boxes. As always very comfy bed, the room was spotless and all the staff on reception were superb! Such a friendly place, you don’t get many like this anymore, would highly recommend.
