Absolutely stunning hotel , in acres of land to walk around .
The staff were superb .
Rooms were clean and warm.
Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from.
Will stay again , hopefully to meet the two ghosts that haunt the place .

Amazing 🤩 everyone needs to experience this place. Make sure you book dinner in advance. Breakfast offered complimentary Prosecco. Was an awesome experience

I bought the stay for my parents as a gift and they had a wonderful time. They said the facilities were lovely, staff were excellent and the food for dinner was unbelievable. Thank you for making their stay so special!

Ww went for an afternoon tea last week. Very nice, the only reason I never gave 5* is I believe one pot of tea was a little bit short off the mark. Staff were very pleasant, particularly the staff member who greeted you when you were entering the hotel. She was very knowledgeable.

The food was a massive disappointment. It was cold and for the price felt it should have been a better standard for the occasion. A bit of soup, a rib, chicken a few cold frozen potatoes with a rubbish salad is not the quality I was expecting from a hotel with good accommodation and beautiful features. The entertainment staff tried very hard and entertained everyone. The breakfast was in the lovely conservatory but food again was poor. We had to wait for tea & coffee I suggest self service machines if staff can't cope and no refills were offered. Also breakfast food like fried eggs,bacon weren't filled up & we had to wait for these items. Checkout was chaotic machines not working & people falling out over pushing in queues to pay before 10.30. Lovely accommodation and hotel but food and service was terrible
