My bedroom had dirty cups and cutlery. The breakfast was cold and lacked variety, same every morning.

We loved the gorgeous and quiet environment throughout our whole stay. Specially the service was great with friendly staff with great attitude. I would definitely recommend the place to stay for nice time which the food facilities also great at the same time, very comprehensive altogether.

Outstanding five star service. Hotel Elite Palace is not a five star hotel but their service is top notch. My stay was great and comfortable. The sky view restaurant is one of a kind. A great way to reconnect with nature. All staff are very much friendly and professional. Thanks to full team of Hotel Elite Palace.

Best Hotel in the city as per my observation. Food was delicious.. And nice and clean room... Staff was so helpful and loyal...i was left one gold chain by mistakenly in the room but they found and call me collect that....this was so impressive... I wishing their service growth and progress.

The hotel was great with delicious and high quality food menu, nice clean rooms with comfortable beds, and very friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay great.For me it’s the most luxurious hotel in Comilla. Best location to stay in the heart of Comilla.

Although it is clean and well-maintained, there are some disappointing points.
The smell of the drain river flowing through the hotel street is smelly. There are mosquitoes all over the room. There was no hot shower, I couldn't watch anything on the smart TV because it wasn't connected to the internet, and the breakfast at the restaurant, which was said to have a good reputation, didn't have a lot of options, and although I ate there at night, it wasn't that good.
However, it may be popular among locals because it is crowded.
If the restaurant is crowded, have you already finished eating? It was also unfortunate that I was asked to leave my seat.
Other hotels with the same price were more comfortable...
