Purtroppo in un pernotto di 2 notti ho segnalato un problema di pulizia appena entrato in stanza con tanto di foto mostrate alla reception e ricevuto dovute rimostranze e relative scuse con la promessa che nel prossimo turno di pulizie il ciuffo di peli e capelli sarebbe stato rimosso. Nulla di tutto ciò è accaduto, dormo ancora con il batuffolo accanto al letto, messo lì in bella vista. Questo la dice tutto sulla pulizia effettuata... Altro problema segnalato riguarda la scadentissima qualità del materasso del divano letto che ti costringe a dormire sulle molle, la reception ha cercato di effettuare la sostituzione ma alla fine non c'è stata la necessità perché abbiamo inserito noi tra i materassi e le lenzuola numero 3 piumini per riuscire a riposare. È un peccato, perché perdersi in queste condizioni soprattutto dopo una segnalazione chiara non lascia spazio a dubbi. Ho chiesto un cuscino in più e ne trovo uno con federa del cuscino semistrappata che appena preso si è aperta in due... Colazione dolce standard ma buona. Personale gentile.

Absolutely top notch. My husband and I first came to Ragusa 12 years ago. Much has changed but thankfully much has stayed the same in the town. We were happy to discover Itria Palace when we were planning our itinerary. We stayed in a family room that consisted of two rooms, three beds and two showers. The room was accessible by stairs or lift. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable bed and pillows with very cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delightful featuring plenty of the usual Italian standards but also included local offerings which were delicious. A member of staff was on hand to prepare caffe and cappuccino for guests. We will absolutely return!

After a 1 & 3/4hr taxi transfer we were met with a free drink, informed about mealtimes ,paid for safe, picked up our pool towels & quickly booked into our rooms.The rooms are modern with a good rainfall shower ,comfy bed,safe,tea and coffee making facilties ,free toiletries fridge and a nice quiet effecient air conditioning system.The maid came every day topping up anything that required it & did a great job cleaning with a smile and a ” bonjourno”. We stayed in the adult only part of the hotel with its own pool but its seamlessly connected to next door with its larger pool ,hot tub and in fact the restaurant is situated in this part too where we took breakfast each day buffet style with plenty of hot & cold choices and a cooking station for eggs The gardens are really pretty & well tended which you walk through to the gate & then literally 50 yards down to the beach where there is the hotels private area with beds but you do have to pay for them ..there are plenty of free public areas too. If you walk down the prom you come to the main square where there are plenty of restaurants to coose from & then a little further the marina with its restaurants too.At the entrance to the main square to the left is a great beach bar where you can watch the surfers & para surfers.

Stayed here for couple of nights during a recent visit to Sicily. Location was perfect, about 10 min walk from bus drop off & just behind the main road of the old town. The owners were friendly & helpful. We had couple of problems accessing our key box & they turned up within 10 mins to help. Access codes to get into the property had been sent within minutes after we had confirmed our reservation online - a day before we had arrived in Sicily. Cleanliness - property was clean, rooms were clean & modern. Decor & furniture too. Price was reasonable considering location & facilities. Communal kitchen with free coffee & tea was a welcome added bonus! All in all, very happy and would: 1. Definitely recommend it. 2. Stay here again.

What can I say about Modica Boutique Hotel? I LOVED IT! LOCATION: GREAT! Easy to find, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. PARKING: Free Parking in a lock-up garage; private and very safe, with lift connected straight to Hotel. ROOM (Superior): Spacious, Modern, Very clean, Very comfy bed, Cozy linen, State of the art Shower, Relaxation at it's best! BREAKFAST: Spoiled for choice, everything fresh and delicious. Buffet Breakfast 'a la grande'! WATER MACHINE ON EACH FLOOR: Empty bottles provided for free cold or room temperature Natural and Sparkling Water HOTEL RESTAURANT: We had one dinner. Limited choice, however the food was cooked to perfect, presented well and we loved it. Very reasonably priced. STAFF: Polite, courteous, professional, and always with a smile. I highly recommend Modica Boutique Hotel, especially for those travelling with their car by ferry to Pozzallo, as it is only 20min drive. You will not regret it.
