No breakfast, no open gym and no room cleaning. Supposedly because of covid. It is necessary to insist at the reception so that one changes the hand towels to you. Very disappointed.

I stayed from March 27th to April 1st The reception staff very friendly. Good location, Disney, universal studios and santa Monica at less than 30 minutes away, nothing elegant, have microwave, mini fridge and good for sleeping but they never cleaned the room.
