Our 4th visit here. RM432 had very little to no warm water in the sink. The shower was just barely warm, turned all the way up. We seen a post it on another door on the floor about a boiler being turned up, so there is a known hot water issue.
The room was clean, we'll always stay here.

The sliding bathroom door didn’t have a handle on the inside of the door and wouldn’t close all the way so you had absolutely no privacy. The thermostat wouldn’t go any lower than 68 and wouldn’t kick on until it got above 70 so it was very uncomfortable. The fan wouldn’t run constantly so every time it kicked on it made a loud sound and would wake us up when we finally went to sleep. The hallways had to be at least 80 degrees. The only plus about this hotel was the employees. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and even remembered us when we returned later that night and asked if we enjoyed the concert that we told her we were attending when we checked in hours earlier.
