As a family, we had the privilege of enjoying the three catering services offered at the prestigious Château de la Chenevière. On the first morning, breakfast was sumptuous, presented on a vast buffet offering a variety of flavors. The drinks, served hot and according to the guest's preferences, have a welcoming character, thus offering a serene start to the day during which we discovered the establishment's dining room. Béatrice and her team were able to meet our particular needs with smiling elegance, refined discretion, and a clear desire to make our breakfast unforgettable. Our two faithful canine companions were even able to accompany us during this morning experience. The following day, at lunch, we had the opportunity to discover Le Petit Jardin, the establishment's bistronomic restaurant. Welcomed by Romain at a table specially set up for us, under a splendid glass roof, we had the chance to savor a selection of dishes made from products from the permaculture vegetable garden and surrounding local producers. The seasonal cocktails as well as the signature creation of Le Petit Jardin have proven to be quite exceptional, and they are the ones at the origin of the bar. Note that this is the very first time we were able to appreciate delicate cooking for a white fish dish, which turned out to be tender and boneless, thus adding an appreciable dimension to our culinary pleasure. Special mention to the young Romane who took care of our table with a smile and discretion during the meal. Finally, for the dinner that followed, we left our four-legged friends in our room, to enjoy the castle's gourmet restaurant, which was our last stopover at La Chenevière. First warmly welcomed at the bar by Thibault, master bartender, who offered us three exceptional cocktails carefully designed and prepared, accompanied by vegetable chips from the garden, we took our seats in the armchairs in the bar area. After reviewing the restaurant's menus, we placed our order. Once seated in the dining room, Julie escorted us to a prime table with panoramic views of the surrounding gardens and a stunning outlook into the dining room. The appetizers, a real taste of the culinary talents, have already aroused our amazement. Olivier then took charge of the selection of wines to accompany our dishes throughout the meal. His informed recommendations, based on our personal preferences, allowed a perfect harmony between the wines and the dishes that we savored in three distinct moments throughout this culinary experience.
