très bon hotel super petit déjeuner chambre spacieuse lit de bon confort grand parking animaux accepté ce qui est assez rare acceuil très sympahique calme très bien équipé les chambres du 1 er étage sont des petits appartements avec une partie kicnette

Points positifs : localisation, parking sécurisé, bonne Literie. Points négatifs : pas au niveau d’un 3 étoiles. Salle de bain humide, odeur permanente d’humidité et notre sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas. Panne signalée par dès notre arrivée et relance au jour de 2 jours sans effet. Attention pas de service hôtelier en appartement (mais ce n était pas précisé sur j le sur site ???). Donc vous imaginez bien les serviettes humides pendant 4 jours, un vrai plaisir. Oui mais c est un appartement, nous a t on dit en partant mais pas de liquide vaisselle, pas d’éponge, pas de bouilloire, pas de gel douche… Petit déjeuner très cher pour la prestation. Pour couronner le tout un car d’adolescents anglais qui a fait la foire pendant tous le séjour avec jet de bonbons. Réponse accueil « n hésitez pas à monter les voir ??! » Bref pas un 3 étoiles,

Bruyant : quand quelqu'un passe dans le couloir, on a l'impression qu'il est déjà dans la chambre.. Mal entretenu Petit déjeuner à éviter : très très cher pour ce qu'il est. Pas de shampoing ou gel douche. Impossible de faire le noir dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas un 3*. Les viennoiseries sont du décongelé, le pain se limite à de la baguette en petit morceaux.

After reading the reviews on here I was very worried about our booked stay for 2 nights. I did try to cancel but unable to. When we arrived I had a look at the room before we took our cases out of the car! The young lady receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, there was a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom quite new and very clean, as were the bed linen and towels. Comfortable bed and great TV. The WiFi was ok. Quiet. Secure parking. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely restaurant called Le Cale. The minus was the area beside the fridge could do with painting as well as the empty cupboard beside it. The patio furniture outside was very grubby with bird droppings and cobwebs. Just these simple touches would have made a difference!

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The rooms are dirty along with the outside. Stayed for 3 nights & had at least 1 school coach party also staying each night. The noise was horrendous. No help from reception. Would never stay here again. Definitely stay in Arromanches much more choice of cleaner hotels & better location.

Nice location but not clean! Had to pay extra to use the kitchen in our room! Which was not cleaned for months as it was dirty and dusty The bathroom was not clean. With mold around the shower, yellow dirty toilet seat, mounds of dust and dirty on the floor. Just not clean at all. Stains on the beds and bits on yhe floor. I stayed here in 2017 when it was great but these new owners have let it go badly!

Hotel pas chere mais encore trop chère pour ce que c est!!!!! Moisi et saltés dans la salle de bain! Trace d araignées écrasée contre le mur !!!! Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et nous en avons fait que une !!!! Petite déjeuner à 9€90 pour du jus d orange coupé à l eau, du café en machine, des minis croissants et 2 bouts de jambon et de fromage qui se courrait après !!! Nul nul nul!!!!!

Hôtel 3 étoiles ??? Situation au calme. Chambres propres ; Wifi et Internet peu performants et irréguliers ; personnel de chambre très à l'écoute ; petit déjeuner très basique heureusement il y a le dévoué Mario au top. Prix très acceptable.
