The location is really good and the boss is kind.
Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels, and soap are prepared, but you must bring shower items such as shampoo!
There is a restaurant below the accommodation and it is very close to the lake!

I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car).
So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key.
After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key.
This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door.
Further more room TV is located more than 2m high.
The host never say "I am sorry !"

The property is in a great location for food, shopping, and easy access (less than 10 minutes walk to the lakeside); it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, but easily doable. The owner, Marco, was very friendly and helpful. We've decided that any return trip to Lake Como would include a stay here.
