Wonderful stay at this guesthouse - rooms were clean, comfortable and bright, with some thoughtful design touches. The exterior is really pretty, with the property being a bit hidden away on a corner shared with other restaurants. The location was great, everywhere is walkable. The staff are kind and friendly and the restaurant downstairs opens for lunch and dinner - I didn’t eat there but friends who did were happy! There’s nowhere on-site to sit for breakfast but there are a few nearby cafes and a brunch place (Babi) if you want some eggs! The free flowing complimentary water was much appreciated in the heatwave we had. I left feeling like the team behind Rumi Rooms really care about the property and experience of the guests. I was very happy, thank you!
PS. If you are an early sleeper you might notice the street chatter from the restaurant, but it dies down quickly after around midnight.

I was looking to stay at boutique type of hotel with a good access to the City and Rumi Rooms was exactly what I was looking for. The room was very clean and view of our window was amazing. They have a very nice restaurant at the ground floor with an excellent food. The hotel is located at the City with 20 min walk to the train station.

Booked the Rumi rooms because the location seemed perfect for our short stay at lake como, the room was lovely, staff friendly, there was a little coffee station just outside the room, there wasn’t any milk so we asked and they was happy to give us a Small jug to have for our cup of tea! There was croissants and toasted bread for the morning if you wanted. The rooms are just a few minutes walk to a lovely square where you can sit and have a drink, and a short walk to the ferry boat which we went on to visit bellagio! como is the most beautiful place and we can’t wait to visit and would definitely stay here again.

Super bem localizado, quarto e banheiro grandes e confortáveis, ficamos no quarto com varanda com boa vista! No centro de Como, perto de excelentes restaurantes. Inclusive o restaurante do hotel, Latteria S. Fedele, é maravilhoso. Atendimento excelente.
