Nice enough hotel, excellent location. Terrible room cleaning though, we found our stuff thrown around the room after the cleaners had been there… i will look for another place next time

Location is good. But that’s there is to it. Service and hospitality is very rundown since the hotel can be sold itself.  Very touristy. Not for romantic getaway. Average 3 star hotel, not worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!💗😍

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

My daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!

Clean and smooth check in. Room is great and basic amenities. Right in front of the ferry dock which is super convenient and also many cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast spread is good too many options and staff is always friendly. Super recommend 👍🏻

Amazing! We loved this hotel and we loved how thoughtful they were. It was raining outside and they left umbrellas by the door for us to borrow.

Best location in Como city. A few meters from the town centre. Excellent buffet breakfast. Amazing views and really good facilities. Super comfortable beds and overall well-appointed rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel was very well located, the staff were all pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful in a lovely room, everything was kept very clean and the shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser nice.

We visited Como to celebrate a birthday in this magical place. Disgusting service when there was a mistake made at check in … it was an understandable mistake made by the lady checking me in (we are all human after all). I had accepted there was nothing that could be done at the time and as I had booked through trip.com I was referred back to them to arrange a refund for the difference between my booking and the room provided. Unfortunately the hotel then lied to the booking provider about the events that took place and as a result I ended up paying $900 a night to stay in a standard $600 odd room for 2 nights. After receiving the telephone transcript from trip.com I confronted them about the lie the front desk lady said because she wasn’t the person that checked me in she just went on what she thought must have taken place. Thanks to Marcel for doing his best to help out on the last night. Very much appreciated. General manager unavailable to see me to resolve. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere Btw Como itself is absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit
