This hotel is not recommended. The car was damaged and the hotel does not stand by it despite the clear evidence. Absolute ignorance by the hotel management and in the end even combined with threats. Not recommended to stay there. In addition, the rooms are getting on in years which is unfortunately not so obvious in the photos and it smells a bit.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una sola giornata e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. La camera è molto silenziosa, il bagno nuovo. Unica pecca l'audio della televisione che non funzionava.La colazione è ottima con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Molto gentili le receptionist che ci han dato consigli su una visita a Como.

Just returned & this hotel is far worse than the edited photos seem. So dated… horrid decor… shower cubicle was in main bedroom…. NO IRON…. No iron available at all unless you pay for their laundry service… no bottle of water provided…. Lobby area horrible and old fashioned with mismatched furniture. Staff at reception were friendly. I chose to stay here simply as it was slightly less than the palace hotel we stayed at in como last year, but should I have known the rooms were like this I would happily have paid the extra. Never again

Very central structure, lake view, very convenient for getting around. Smiling and efficient staff. I will definitely return in a next stay.

Nice and clean old hotel by the lake. Wonderful location close to the train station and the ferry port. There’s a construction site in front of the hotel but it did not bother us much. Great breakfast, delicious plums!
