L’albergo è pulito, le camere piuttosto comode, il personale gentile. La colazione ha quasi tutto ciò che si può desiderare. Cosa gli manca? Vita e un po’ di attenzione. L’albergo sii trova in una via di scorrimento, anonima, la palazzina è di un cupo colore grigio scuro, la sala della colazione è tutta grigia scura, con tavolini dozzinali e tovagliette in plastica, ovviamente grigie, appena più chiare. Non c’è nessun dettaglio che faccia pensare alla cura del cliente. Spartano

Our Ipad was stolen from inside of our luggage in our room. We did not notice the Ipad missing because we never took it out to use it. After one week of travelling to other cities, we noticed Ipad was missing in milan airport. We tracked it to Lake Como where hotel is located but they would not accept any responsibility.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good quality, hotel is clean, overall good value for money. Check out the rooftop bar for an added bonus!
