The room is nice, the scenery outside is great, the breakfast is OK, but the transportation is not very convenient: because it is a long drive to the exhibition, but if it is a family vacation, it is a good choice

Hotel Sheraton Como si trova vicino il centro di Cernobbio. A circa 5-10 minuti a piedi e raggiungibile tramite traghetto il centro di Como. La reception ci ha accolto ed effettuato il check-in. La camera spaziosa offriva una vista sulle colline. La colazione molto ampia ha offerto prodotti di qualità. Il personale molto accogliente e professionale nel servirci. Hotel offre uns piscina esterna molto bella, il centro wellness non era angora disponibile. Abbiamo provato il ristorante Kitchen, piatti sofisticati complessivamente buono.

This pleasant hotel is in a quiet area with beautiful mountain scene. We particularly love the breakfast buffet. In general everything is nice and charming. The only issue that we had was getting the fast boat tickets. Compared with the regular boats, the fast boats in Lake Como cut the traveling time to Bellagio and other popular villages by at least 50-60%. But the fast boat tickets are only sold at ports of origin, Como. So one of us had to make a round trip to Como Ferry Terminal early in the morning to buy the tickets. This was rather inconvenient but it has nothing to do with the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel itself very much.

Ci sono stata due volte, ma io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo già in previsione di tornarci ancora perché entrambe le volte siamo stati benissimo. Ottima colazione con buffet, soddisfa pienamente le esigenze di tutti (amanti del dolce e del salato). Consiglio assolutamente di fare un aperitivo in piscina, un’oasi di tranquillità. Se siete indecisi su cosa prendere, affidatevi al barman! Io l’ho fatto e ha preparato un drink buonissimo, che era esattamente quello che cercavo! Anche le camere belle e nuove. Il personale gentilissimo e preparato. Torneremo presto!!

This hotel is hard to review. It started with a discomforting check in, I'm a gold elite member and arrived early, so couldn't check in, that's fine. But others next to me could? I was told a 40min wait, no problems, I wanted to walk into town anyway. I returned back much later, 1hr after check in time, and be informed another 40 minutes? (Whilst again others are checking in?). They then asked a manager who said my room, so I had the same level room I'd booked anyway ?? (Def. No upgrade or member benefits here!). The whole check in just made me feel informed and awkward. I was tired, had been travelling for many days due to the emirates/dubai floods, So being made to feel a problem for wanting a room? . Then, rooms were noisy. Many inconsiderate guests, crying children, doors shut at a bang. Views... not so great. A roof, and a car park. Food: only the hotel restaurant was available on a Sunday and Monday. They charge $3euro for the same plain water you get free in your room. Bed, divine. Pool, lovely. F&B Staff, excellent. I would come back again only for the quality of the bed.
