We had to book last minute as Lake Como was a last-minute stop.
The place was amazing, location perfect, like just perfect.
Clean, nice, and the host is super welcoming, helpful, and super friendly.
Definitely would stay here again.

It's so clean. The facilities are state-of-the-art.
Very friendly. They provide information on major travel destinations and kindly explain the facilities.
The location is also very close to the station.
Hotel security is also very good.

The service was good! The location is superb! Close to everything. Like the train, bus stations, the city centre and the lake. I slept like a baby and the owner was nice to me. I will definitely come back here again.

The person at this hotel was really welcoming and very flexible in terms of re-arrangement of my stay. He shared many great sightseeing places and directed the way to my room. The bathroom and shower room are shared with others, but they are clean and you still have a single your own room with such a resonance price.

It has been a wonderful weekend, family treatment, the rooms are super clean and very well maintained, with a good clean smell, you go barefoot and I don't know anything sticks to your feet, it is so clean. We have been very comfortable, we have slept great and we have felt very welcomed, they even helped us with transportation for the day of departure to the airport. It is very close to the center, the funicular and where you can take the ferries for lake excursions. Several rooms overlook the lake. The truth is that it is a very charming place.

A really nice old little hotel in a great location. The station ( Como Lago ) and the beach boulevard right next to it. Good restaurant downstairs.

The appereance of the property is like not good, but inside it was clean and it is near every touristic place.. excellent location .

Check in neat and tidy. Although on second floor of a typical old Italian building overdue for TLC, it provided a comfortable bed in clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. For me, the only hiccup was, I wasn’t able to lower the A/C, otherwise all ok.
