Very good accommodation, the apartment space is very good. 98 stairs steps. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower stall was very small. But overall very good.

You couldn't wish for anything else to be provided. Everything you could think of was there. Great location for shops, bars and restaurants.
However, almost 100 steps to get to the apartment, which for us was fine, others may struggle.
Would recommend a stay if in Como.

Very satisfied with our stay, the apartment is extremely well located, 2 minutes walk from Lake Como and in the middle of the pedestrian zone, spacious and private terrace which offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
Among the negative points, it should be noted that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. When we arrived, we were also informed that the washing machine was broken. On a more minor note, the television was not receiving any signal.
Finally, we can regret the absence of a door between the living room and the bedroom.
For the rest, the apartment is rather comfortable and ideal for a stay as a couple, also very quiet despite the fact that it is located in the middle of a commercial area, and this is precisely another advantage because there are a lot of restaurants and shops all around!
