Stayed here for 2 nights, for the price the room is great, comfortable bed, spacious and clean. Bathroom is fine, the shower is quite small so bear this in mind. Breakfast was great, lots of sweet options like pastries, tarts etc. Location was 5 minutes or less from the train station so very convenient and 5-10 mins from the ticket place to get the ferry to Bellagio. Overall the hotel was perfect for what wanted and great value for the price.

It is a very clean and pleasant place that can be walked for 10 minutes by train to the center and the employees were very sweet.

The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind

I had only 1 night, for a night I stayed at the hotel and ordered. This purpose the hotel worked perfectly. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Super-comfortable bed and good bed linen. I didn't understand the air conditioner myself, I had to ask on the recipe. The rails on the windows work a switch. Tea and refrigerator. Very soft, huge towel for the shower. Find the hotel easy, from the station straight with one turn of 10 minutes. Near the supermarket 24 hours. The city is small, so in general everything is close. From the downside - water in the shower is bad.

Review for a one day stay from Singaporean who stay 29-30 August 22. Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy . Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling . Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good ! Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy . Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

Don’t be fooled by the star rating of this hotel. We stayed for six nights and had an excellent time the staff without exception are very friendly and attentive. They readily share their knowledge of the local area when asked to do so giving little hints and tips that makes things just a little bit easier. The location of the hotel is fantastic a 10 minute walk to the shore of the lake, and a five minute walk to the main train station, making trips Into Milan and the surrounding area very easy. The room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. We stayed on the ground floor and had a small patio area. Pillows are a pet passion of mine and very much subject to personal preference. For me they were slightly firmer than I would like, but I am absolutely nitpicking here because I slept soundly! The bed was large and the room had a kettle. No fridge in the room but the bar is open 24 hours and we were able to get milk to make tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast is has a wide variety and an impressive machine where you can boil eggs jut to your personal taste. My husband would suggest an ice water bowl to help cool the eggs down again very nitpicking here. Wi-Fi was feee and excellent. We had a hire care and although there is no onsite parking, you can pull up at the front of the hotel to drop luggage and we always manage to get on street parking which you paid for by the hour within easy, walking distance of the hotel, only ever a couple of minutes away. We stayed 15th-17th March, stayed in room 226 overlooking the road, the room was super clean, as was the bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of meat, cheese, bread and tea/coffee. i would sum up it was clean and comfortable, road was abit noisy but nothing terrible and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Lake Como, right on the commercial street. There are supermarkets, McDonald's restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has its own breakfast. However, the breakfast is a bit worse than other three-stars, but the price includes breakfast and it is very good. The heating in the hotel is not warm, it is recommended to ask the front desk for a quilt if it is cold. If there is no breakfast in the room, don’t spend 10 Euros per person for breakfast in the hotel. It is better to go directly to the nearby McDonald’s or have breakfast at the bar. It’s about 5 Euros for two people. If you drive to the hotel, it is recommended to call in advance and set the location of the hotel. There are not too many cars in the yard at the entrance of the hotel. 15 euros a day for parking
