the stay was lovely very nice rooms and the pool is clean and fairly big didn’t have breakfast so can not comment on that

Thumbs up from me. Manager (male) and staff very well mannered yet friendly. Well done. Lovely old building full of character. Lunch nice. Nice swim , sauna and steam. Relaxing as a spa environment should be.I'm the biggest coffee snob and the coffee is decent too.

Check in with prompt and the man behind the desk was polite the distance to the room was quite far and up a steep Hill with my bags to get to the room but overall the room was a good size and the shower was hot

Location was a little crazy from Avonmouth once off the M5 but the hotel, pool staff restaurant where great.
I stayed in room 8 in the old part of the hotel and I will be back down every other week.

I was kindly offered an accessible room on the ground floor which, at 82 year old, I thought was a great idea! So i accepted. Oh dear! What a mistake. at £98 a night ... a disabled accessible room - double bed , of course. A dressing area. And the most depressing bathroom ever. Nothing at all like any room advertised on the brochure. I was so bitterly disappointed. How I WISH i had looked into the types of room more closely. BUT !! The shower was always very hot . The TV worked. The breakfast was great . And the members of staff, without exception, were polite and friendly. I would stay again IF I knew which bedroom was the one shown on the brochure! Not the depressing dinge-fest that I stayed in! Such a shame. I do think i was a tad mis-led into thinking my room would be much larger than the cubicle I had.

Lovely room lovely views, stayed for our wedding anniversary, manager in the bar was really nice also staff very polite couldn’t do enough for us had anniversary card and chocolates left for us on the side table. Food at the bar was nice too. 💯 stay again .

We had a lovely family break here, the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was comfortable and food from restaurant in the evening was very good and we had great service level here. My daughter had a lovely time using the pool. The family room was perfect as kids had there own areas where they had some privacy. One small negative wish the lowest volume on TV was quieter. But the positives far outweighed this.

Situated in the beautiful Somerset hills, The Webbington Hotel and Spa is a nice place to stay. The hotel staff were lovely, polite and well presented. We paid a little extra for one of the bigger rooms and we were not disappointed. The Spa treatments we paid for and received were exceptional. Lucy R was very sweet and made us feel comfortable and really special during our massages. Highly recommend the Hot Stone Massage and Ultimate Package - Revive and Pamper. The hotel could do with a bit of money spent on it as there are a few small areas that are looking a bit tired, but on the whole, we were suitably impressed and happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, staff fabulous especially Catherine. Great service and interaction, 10 stars! Comfy, in a great location. The only downside is it was let down by the cleanliness of the public areas and toilets. Otherwise a relaxing and pleasant stay.
