總的來説，品牌酒店還是有保證的，對於我們中國人來説，酒店大堂24小時熱水是最舒心的。因為本次行程身體欠恙，所以熱水就尤為重要。已經是第二次入住了。前台的人員也很NICE

We enjoyed our stay! It has a pool table and a pool’ it would be nicer if the pool is heated since we were staying there during fall time! It’s a bit cold to use!

Hotel is ok but I think they use some kind of weird cleaning agents. The room had an offensive chemical smell and I couldn’t sleep.

Not awesome. Rooms are paper thin and you hear every sound including someone just walking down the hall or walking in the room above you

The hotel seemed new. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We booked here because we wanted a pool. The pool area was clean but the pool was so cold. Otherwise, a great stay.

We stayed in room 430. In the bathroom, there was hair on the shower wall. There also was no conditioner in the bottle on the shower wall. The shampoo was also almost empty. When we went down for coffee, it was gone. We left and went to Anna’s for breakfast and coffee. I was very disappointed with the bathroom. We have stayed in many Hilton Inns and never had these issues. We stayed April 20th and checked out the next morning.

My only complaint is the lack of drawer space which is always helpful when you travel with pets.
